Return Window

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days to start a return.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

  2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
