Refund policy

Apparel & Shapewear Returns For hygiene reasons, shapewear and intimate apparel that has been worn, washed, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@snapgridtech.com with a photo or video of the issue — no need to ship it back. Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
